LOL.....I like your OJ Simpson brand of logic. It is entertaining.Icontexto-emoticons-01-032x032

BTW, I don't HAVE a case. Bluecy

I never stated anything to ever give you the assumption that I did. One sentence does not a "case" make.Blueud

Oh come on, we know OJ did it. Use your logic. Wait, thats right... you believe the Parting of the Red Sea happened...

But what you said, ASP..."we can't prove it either way so therefore it didn't happen"...is EXACTLY the defense OJ used. I have no idea what happened, but neither do you. How can you say you KNOW he did it? They didn't prove it.

All of that particular subject aside...as far as the parting of the Red sea (or Reed Sea), it's something that you either believe or you don't. I'm open enough to the possibility that it did. I'm also open to the possibility that it didn't. Either way, the subject itself has obviously stood the test of time.

Ummmm....read over this thread, and find for me the place where I stated that I believe the parting of the Red Sea happened and quote it here.....if you please.

And before you quote "We can't prove that it didn't happen"....may I remind you that that is not a statement of my belief. It is simply a fact. we cannot prove it did happen. We cannot prove it didn't happen.

What I would like you to find is a statement I made that would tell the reader that I PERSONALLY believe the parting happened......

I guess I need not have explained all that, as i am sure you are intelligent enough to know that stating that an event cannot be proven one way or another is NOT a statement of belief.

waiting anxiously for you to provide me with a quote where I stated what I PERSONALLY believe......

It shocks me that you can't tell I'm just trying to get on your nerves for the hell of it. Simmer down, I'm just teasing you.

ASP- It can be construed as "flaming". Flaming is against the rules at Talk Paranormal. Please reframe from such posts. Any additional posts made by a member "flaming" will be removed, and a warning issued.

Please keep the thread on topic.

Who knows if the Red Sea parted on command, or not? None of us were present. Quite a bit of the bible has been changed through translations, or has stories told in a metaphoric manner. If Moses did part the Red Sea as written, he had help from above.

No, they actually believe the world worked that way back then. Legitimately. You have to remember, this was a time when people thought the world was held up by pillars and the sun just a wheel on some guys chariot.

I respectfully disagree.

Alrighty, although, that IS actually how smart humans as a race were back then. Not that we're any smarter now, but oh well.

Not that we can prove it didn't happen.

You know, you're not helping your case. You've pretty much assured my point to be the correct one. We can't prove it either way, therefore, it didn't happen.
Science forensics can prove things happened, and exactly how and when they happened. Don't you watch TV like the rest of us? I saw it on TV.... It must be true! Ha. Just kidding around. jeff

There's a possibility it could be. However, if the tide came in swiftly enough, liquefaction of the soil and sand could trap people by surprise. The Wash, on the East coast of England, is a good example where quick tides become very dangerous.
We are part of a reality much deeper than comprehension can comprehend.
