RE: Seeking Immortal Vampire
I am not going to condemn you for wanting to prolong your life, lots of people try this in one way or another. But what your actually seeking is a virus if i'm not mistaken.

So in truth your seeking a virus you may end up shortening your life with as you become a guinea pig. You say you know answers that will tell you the truth if they are real. Anyone can study RV K17 or Vherv, won't they have the answers as well?

So is the risk of rejection of this virus or the opposite effect of what you want and more sickness and shortening your life worth it?

In my opinion you should use the energy your spending on looking for this virus to instead tap into the power source and use this energy to battle what you have. Use the power of your mind to battle what you have. Mind power has cured many incurable diseases. Instead you have already accepted the fact your sick and by doing this you will get sicker. Turn this around and study the power of your mind. Give up the negative thoughts and surround yourself with with positive energy. Will you live forever? No but you can extend your life and beat your illness with your mind if you truly believe it. Tap into the great energy source and use it and your mind to battle what you have.

Belief bias occurs when we make illogical conclusions in order to confirm our preexisting beliefs. Belief perseverance refers to our tendency to maintain a belief even after the evidence we used to form the belief is contradicted.

RE: Seeking Immortal Vampire
Welcome to the forum UnBeholden.

I have read your post and the comments from others here. I have to agree that you have been given some really good advise.

I also know how it feels to have a disease that attacks your body yet leaves your mind intact. It is difficult at times to focus and stay positive when you know that you are unable to do the things you once were able to do. Especially at such a young age.

Just so you know, I too speak from experience here. I have been in and out of hospitals, have had surgeries, treatments and uncertainties due to cancer. I also have a degenerative bone disease as well as nerve pain on top of other things.

UNR is right about fighting it with your mind. Your mind is extremely powerful. You have to be determined and want to though.

There is no such thing as a normal life, there is only life itself. It will be filled with joys and sadness, happiness and pain, it is all in what you do with it that matters. You may not be able to change the fact that you suffer with/from a disease, but you can change how you react and deal with it.

Please remember that not one person on this planet has a guarantee to a long healthy life, you do have a guarantee to the moment that you are in, there are better ways to spend your moments than wishing for a vampire. IMO.

Again, welcome to the forum. I wish you well.

RE: Seeking Immortal Vampire
I think what would be great for you would be Chi, that will strengthen you spiritually, and emotionally. Start looking into that, also meditation, and working on your breathing. I just had this conversation with another person on here yesterday. Sounds crazy, about the breathing, but I catch my self holding my breath all the time, and it causes me problems too.
Now if your suffering with pain... Which I can tell you are emotionally for sure, I am so sorry for that!! and I wish I could help you... I feel for you! I hate that you are going through this... When I was young my mom got sick, and I had to go to an orphanage, and I was feeling really sorry for myself. I was talking to this other girl telling her my sad story. And she look at me and told me her story, just like she was ordering something through the drive through. "I'm here because my dad locked my little sister in a room, and starved her, and she died. so they came and took us all away". A huge tear rolled down my face, and I said in my head "I will never feel sorry for myself again". I guess what I'm saying is there is always someone that can out do our story. It brook my heart when she told me this, as it breaks my heart for you. But always remember there is someone who can out do even your pain, and are smiling through it some how. That is what you need, you need some of that. Look into the Chi, and meditation, and breathing... I hope I have come across right... Love Mel

Only because keeping you posting here might actually keep you alive.

Just what exactly does a "real" vampire know and how would you be able to tell the difference between a "real" vampire and a "fake" one (Apart from the Spencer's Gift receipt beside the torn open Vampfangs box). How is it that "you" personally were made aware of this knowledge?

I have intention of sharing that, sorry.

Thats a fake virus. But I would imagine that vampires are most likely the result of a virus.

If thats a risk... even then yes.

I guess I should try that to. Someone recently gave me advice to meditate for an hour everyday.

That's a good point.

I can imagine what other sorts of mortal problems and pains there can be.

But its not so much relief from it, or learning how to coup, but I would like to be free from all of it, hence this longing for vampirism.

All in all I agree with everything you said, I will try this meditation sometime.

Are there club's or places of that sort that have a gothic vampire type atmosphere in your area?

Trying to be something else IS surrendering because you can't hack what you are now. Stop trying to run away.
Immortality can only be achieved by dying not transforming into a "vampire". So. .good luck!

That is so pro-mortality and its exactly the kind of optimism that I have always had. But I've had to face the fact that these problems aren't going away.

Freedom is what I treasure above all else, and if being a vampire means I would get greater freedom then its exactly what I want. Curing ailments is freeing, it would be probably what entices me about vampirism above all else, if I would gain a measure of confidence because of that, and escape the confines of my house/hospital, I wouldn't care what else comes along with it. Aslong as I'm freed, everything else is just details.

Well, guess what? We ALL have problems. I have memories plaguing me everyday that are not only a nuisance, but are nearly crippling at times because they're so painful. I am crippled in a different way. But what makes me different from people like you? I keep going despite all the hurt those things still cause to this day. I am my own strength. I don't need anyone or anything else to make me better. I dont look for an easy escape. THAT LIFE - dealing with pain. EVERYONE has pain, but if we used the excuse that we realized our problems aren't going away & we need an easy way out, we'd all be dead by now, wouldn't we?
Get it? Probably not. You seem too caught up in your excuses.
Oh, & there is NO complete freedom in this world. Get over it & move on.
Its simple if you think it is. Vampires don't exist. This life is all we have.

RE: Seeking Immortal Vampire
im not saying there are not vampire or that there are, but if there was some thing like that i dont think they would say they are one to any one, they would probably have laws that they should not expose them selfs. if they did not then i think every one would know that they really are real.. so i would not expect to find one that will be jumping up and down saying here i am!. If they are real.. i know if i was one i would not say i was to any one. if you expose your self, as something different you would be hunted by a lot of different things and people! ya know. if you really think about it... then there is also the people that would think you are lying, if you said you where one! or they think your crazy..

Not to be rotten in any way, but I would love to know how you can tell whether or not someone is faking or not.

You have your heart set on finding this untangable thing, and I would hate for one rotten person to lie ( and unfortunately be very good at it,) and make a fool out of you/hurt you/use you in some way.
