Haunted places in NW Ohio or SE Michigan
#11
This site has some very good pictures of the Collingwood Art Center...those buildings are awesome! I don't know about the authenticity of the hauntings described, as I haven't researched this place very much...but the place is amazing.

There's a town in NW Ohio called Napoleon where my husband and I were picking up freight from a local Campbell's plant. From the time we arrived there to the minute we left, we just kept having one weird experience after another. It was like everything was suddenly and inexplicably going wrong! Among other things, our truck started having mechanical issues that defied physics, issues it had never even hinted at in the past. The issues instantly cleared up as soon as we left. As we were pulling out we joked to each other that the placed was "jinxed" or "haunted." Later that evening we were at a truck stop and got to talking with some of the employees, and I brought up all the crazy things that had happened to us at Campbell's. The employee wasn't surprised at all. In fact, he just matter-of-factly replied "Oh yeah, that place is haunted." My husband and I didn't know anything about the history of that location, so it really shocked us to hear him say that. He said that a few years ago someone got cut in half by a forklift there, and weird things have been happening ever since. He was working there and would hear strange voices when no one else was around and even witnessed a forklift start up and start driving around by itself one night. It freaked him out so much that he quit shortly thereafter. Other employees at the truck stop backed up his claims and mentioned some experiences of their own. They said the plant next door to Campbell's, Keller Packaging if I remember correctly, is haunted too.

Has anyone else experienced or heard anything about either of these places?
