Good idea. Maybe we can exercise more control over what topics get posted?

The notion of picking one time of the year to be decent to other people is obscene because it's actually validating the notion of being miserable wretches the rest of the year.

The topics and categories are preset by Administration. Many were suggested by the members themselves.

And I will personally vouch for CMF. He's the best time travelling vampire Santa EVER!

Board up your chimneys folks.

Preset by the "administration", sorry I implied there was some "ghost in the machine". I'll take my keyboard and slink into the corner.

It is a long story and the full story of our encounter can be read over at http://www.ancientriddles.info/ and it is called Something Undead? It was probably one of the most freaky things we'd ever encountered. Every since then we both have made a study of these things. From the information we can gather, vampires aren't usually solid physical creatures or blood drinkers, but are actually more of a misty sort of entity that drains the life force. We also encountered one of these sort of vampires and know where it resides even now. We just don't know how to get rid of it. I have seen this thing form itself out of the mist and it scared the hell out of me! I'd never seen anything so horrible or frightening in my life! My dog saw it too and started making weird little huffling noises and alerted me to it. We both ran as fast as we could to the house. Not a cool experience !

You've never been able to figure out how to get rid of them? What did you try? Can these types kill you?

Thanks much!

RE: Do You Think Vampires Are Real?
I believe the concept of vampires was against the Dracula family as their status of count in a political (leech) view, but the concept was very creepy so people kept it around.
