The makers of the Ouija boards have gone too far...
#1
My husband and I were in Toys R Us about a month ago shopping for baby stuff. We enjoy the occasional board game so we proceeded to look at their selection. Not only did we find the original Ouija board in a childrens store but we found a custom only to Toys R Us pink Ouija board for girls. It comes with question cards! My husband and I were both outraged and baffled. They don't know what they're getting kids into.

Ya i too find it pretty pathetic. I have never played with one, and never plan on it. No interest in them.

They have their uses I suppose, but I don't think they're worth the risk. It's a shame that money hungry companies don't give a damn about their consumers.

True, but their consumers make that choice.

Well I would guess because they are toys. Look at the questions things young girls might ask.
Who will call/text me next? Will I be a famous actor someday? Who wishes they could trade places with me?

Belief bias occurs when we make illogical conclusions in order to confirm our preexisting beliefs. Belief perseverance refers to our tendency to maintain a belief even after the evidence we used to form the belief is contradicted.

That is probably the most rediculous thing I have ever seen! LOL You nailed the question cards. I love a good laugh in the morning.

I don't really see anything supernatural about ouija boards. They're just cardboard and plastic.

And tarot cards are just paper and plastic. It's a tool of communication with the other side, it's all in how you use it. I don't think it's creators really realized what impact it could have on people.
