The things I can't un see
#1
I don't know what they mean the things I see bring terror. They haunt my dreams with their contorted bodies and screams. I try not to sleep so I can't see them I have had my house cleansed and I keep a cross. Please I need help.

To be honest, considering the limited information you’ve given us, I’d be skeptical of anyone who claimed they had an answer for you.  I certainly wouldn’t expect anyone here to be able to give you any concrete advice.  Still, I don’t want you to feel ignored, so I’ll give you a few bits, based on what you’ve shared.

You say yr dreams are haunted with disturbing images and that you try not to sleep to avoid seeing these things.  Sleep deprivation leads to hallucination.  If you don’t give yr brain the opportunity to dream, it will ‘force’ dreams on you while you are awake or in a semi-wakeful state.  So, by not sleeping, you could be making the nightmares worse.

You say you’ve had yr house cleansed.  By whom?  Was it some charlatan ghost hunter or a proper member of the clergy?  Because, nothing here screams the need for a cleansing to me.

I should note that, again, information and context is everything.  If you happen to be living in Bangladesh, the rules may be different.  But I can’t imagine any priest, imam or rabbi seeing yr house as a place needing ‘cleansing,’ based on the limited information you’ve shared.  Most likely, they’d refer you to a therapist.  Which is not a negative thing, I might add… if you chip a tooth, you go to the dentist.  If you strain a muscle in yr foot, you go to a podiatrist.  If you have problems with dreams… you see a therapist.

Incidentally, if you haven’t, I would.  Sometimes, a pipe is just a pipe.  It’s entirely possible… maybe not, I only know the four sentences you shared… but it’s entirely possible that nothing paranormal is going on and you just need to sit down and talk it out with someone.

Finally… and this is the Christian in me breaking out… a cross means absolutely nothing if the person who holds it doesn’t hold faith.  Life isn’t a vampire movie, where all you gots to do is hold up a holy object and the evil creatures recoil in fear.  The power isn’t in the cross, it’s in yr faith.  If you want to hold ghosts or demons or other creatures at bay… from a Christian perspective… it’s faith that saves you.

I generally hesitate to respond to posts such as this.  I mean, all I can give you is generic information based on the few things you have shared.  At the same time, I have seen far too many people seeking help and feeling ignored, because they didn’t give us enough to go on.  Or scared away, ‘cos one of our rude and/or self-righteous members decided to mock them.

You know who you are.  Have the grace, for once, to not comment.

You gave us little to go on.  Four sentences, by my count.  I gave you seven paragraphs in response.
Hopefully, some of it rang true…

First of all, welcome to the forum.

Secondly... I'm afraid just like Mika said, you gave us too limited info on your situation. If you can be more elaborate with it, please?

I'm not saying I can really help you with your situation nor will I promise you to, but perhaps with my own share of experiences with paranormal I hope I can at least shed some lights on your case.
And I also see that there're people who can give you some good opinions here, and they're quite open-minded if I may say. Again, only if you can feed us in details concerning your situation there.
