Should I be concerned?
#1
This has been going on for some time and the curiosity is starting to get to me, but I’ve never really reached out before and I don’t even know how to begin to classify what I’m seeing. It started last year when I started being treated for my depression, a condition I’ve lived with for a long time, with Cipralex. Long story short this particular treatment did not work out for me, but during the brief time I was on it I started to see a small, more or less featureless creature.

It wasn’t a shadow person, as in the reading I’ve done they seem to be primarily negative and what I see leaves no lasting impression of fear but rather startles me (like when someone you know sneaks up on you, you aren’t afraid you just don’t expect to see them). It’s always animal like in the way it moves; sometimes it scurries like a large rat and sometimes it runs like a dog and several times it has levitated or flown. I mostly see it in my periphery and when I turn to look at it fully it darts away to lord knows where. To be honest it could be several different things of the same type that I’m seeing but they/it always has the same colouration (dark grey to black) and lack of any tangible mass. I saw it clearly only once and it was sitting in the middle of a sidewalk, and it looked a little like a bat, before it launched right at my face but right when it should have collided with me it disappeared.

After I stopped the treatment it disappeared but now, a year later, I’ve started seeing it again. I’m not currently taking any drug-based treatment for my condition, but rather I’m going through therapy. It’s exactly the same as what it was last year; but what finally has me asking for advice is that it finally touched me. Two days ago I was listening to music with my eyes closed and I just felt like I wasn’t alone and I opened my eyes and out of the corner of my eye I saw it sitting on my shoulder (it had no weight and I couldn’t feel it at all through my t-shirt, the only way I knew it was there was through sight alone) and of course I flipped out but when I jerked around there wasn’t anything or anyone there.

As I mentioned before I’ve had other experiences but I have NEVER been touched or ever approached so closely. Has anyone experienced anything like this before? Should I be worried? It’s not frightening just annoying but I’m not really sure I’m comfortable with whatever it is coming so close.

Corner eye phenomenom, entopitic phenomenom are explanations for thinking we are seeing things in peripheral vision.

You know, I thought of that too so I did a bit of reading on it and, while very interesting, it’s not what I’m seeing. I’ve only ever experienced the floaters before myself so I can tell you, at the very least, that that is not what I see. But based on the search that I did the rest of the effects do not seem at all similar to my experience. While these things have no mass that I can tell they do have, albeit vague, animalian form. But thanks for the suggestion.

In a situation without an exit, we see things that, in normal circumstances, would not be seen.
If we tell this vision to an expert whose knowledge does not go beyond the limits of ignorance, this expert says that this is a vision of psychosomatic origin.
The expert's ignorance for the disclosure of such visions is, after his analysis, devoid of purpose.

In the phase we say a few minutes before death, a person sees what he has never seen before in his lifetime.
Before we leave the physical body, we are subjected to a foreign force, which degrades our soul and appropriates it for itself and its upgrade

If they fail, we continue to live and not die.

First and foremost, speak to a doctor. Cipralex lists side effects that include hallucinations and other nerve problems, both sensory nerves and motor nerves. Only a medical person could tell you if some of these are long term.

Some of the side effects listed also include blood chemistry, such as sodium deficiency, white blood count, and red blood count. Some of these can affect your sight when taking the medication, but if you have a similar problem later for a different reason when you are off of the drug you might have the same symptoms.

I know it's easy to hit you with non-supernatural reasons that you could be seeing this/these, but that's really the first thing we have to rule out. Also, bear in mind that I haven't seen these as you have so I'm not really sure what you're experiencing. But you might ask yourself some simple questions. Does anyone else see these things? Have they ever interacted with anything else, such as brushing a curtain or moving the grass? Do they have a shadow under them?

No no, I fully understand and that’s kind of why I’m here; maybe I’ve missed something or maybe someone had a similar experience to mine. As it is though I haven’t been on ANY psychoactive drug since coming off Cipralex  last year. My doctor was, of course, very concerned when I told her about it and had me go through several tests including eye exams, and various blood tests and have been given a clean bill of health. Eventually I stopped seeing them and I didn’t have any other psychological symptoms which seemed to be enough for my doctor to let it go. Where my issue is is that I’ve started seeing them again just over a year later without the possibility of a side effect. Honestly I’m not even sure if I believe, I’m just exploring an explanation after getting a shrug out of the medical community and being rather hesitant  to go with “I’m just crazy” although the fact that nobody else around me seems to see them makes me reconsider that a bit, and anyways it’s over so fast I don’t really have an opportunity to ask in the moment.
