My wife's experiences
#1
I did not have any paranormal experience in my life. But my wife had many in the past.
She used to leave for work at 5am because parking lots were very limited. She took a nap in the office and then she would go for a short jog at 6.30am before work starts at 8.30am. She was always alone at that time. She could hear noises in the washroom especially in the ladies. And sometimes something inside there disturbed her. She preferred to use the gents as there was no paranormal activity inside there. Once she was resting in the guest room, she saw a group of ghosts sitting opposite her and suddenly she was pinned down. She couldn't move nor talk for a few minutes. She was so used to their presence, she was not afraid being alone in the office except she wasn't going back to the guest room again.

Sleep paralysis, nothing paranormal. and bathrooms and plumbing are often known to make noises from bangs to moans and even screams.
Belief bias occurs when we make illogical conclusions in order to confirm our preexisting beliefs. Belief perseverance refers to our tendency to maintain a belief even after the evidence we used to form the belief is contradicted.

It is not sleep paralysis. She wasn't the only person who experienced it. Her colleagues who worked over night experienced that too. Once something preventing her from getting her clothes when she was changing in the washroom.

I wonder if fear paralysis is close to sleep paralysis.

My wife has a special gift. She was born with the ability to feel and sense the presence of spirits. Sometimes she could see them. Due to her horoscope, according to a master (someone who practises the art of horoscope reading, exorcism and etc) she is easily attracted to negative forces. She has too much Yin energy in her. I have more Yang energy in me that's why I can't experience paranormal.

She had been working in this office for more than 20 years. One of her colleagues has the ability to see spirits since young. We call it Yin Yang eyes. She confirmed there were few of them and one was a kid. Once my wife went back to the office on Saturday. They worked 5 days a week. She was alone in the office. While working she heard a kid playing at the staiircase. When she went to check there was no one.

My wife knew which is the safest room in her office. Once she and her colleague spent a night in the office after the company's party. In spite of my wife's advice, her colleague insisted she wanted to sleep in the conference room.  She had hard time in the conference room. Lol

Ever since I got her a Tibetan Buddhism amulet ( it is made to protect against spirits and black magic) she had not heard any noise nor any spirit disturb her in the office till the day she resigned.

I know some of you are skeptical but you don't know my wife. If she could tell you the stories in person you would believe her. She could tell you the details. I doubted her initially when we just got married.

There are more stories. If you wish to hear more, I would continue.

This incident happened more than a decade ago. My wife, my daughter and I went for a short holiday. We spent a night at my aunt's house on the 1st night. On the 2nd night we slept in a hotel as we got it for free. My daughter was only 2 years old then. She slept in between us on a king size bed. In the middle of the night I was awakened by my wife. I thought she was talking in her sleep. I was trying hard to listen to what she was mumbling. I realized she was struggling to recite a mantra. And then my whole body began to tremble. I sensed something was wrong as I had never felt like this before in my life. I quickly got up and recited a powerful mantra repeatedly. My wife was released immediately.

According to my wife, she was awakened by a very strong smell of perfume. The moment she opened her eyes, she was pinned down by a spirit. She was looking at me and my daughter. She tried to call me for help but couldn't talk. She tried to kick me but she couldn't move at all. Then she tried very hard to recite a mantra. She managed to do it but she was struggling very hard. After a while she saw me getting up and heard me reciting a mantra. The spirit released her immediately on hearing the mantra. She saw a dark shadow leaving the room. This is the only paranormal I had ever experienced but I couldn't see nor sense the presence of the spirit.
