Ark of the Covenant @ Stonehenge
#11
Garry Denke. I would be interested to know how this treasure has managed to hide it's self from the Stonehenge Hidden Landscapes Project?
Stonehenge & it's surrounding area is without doubt the most heavily surveyed area of the UK & The Stonehenge Hidden Landscapes Project took this to new levels of scrutiny. As they spent four years surveying twelve square kilometres in detail, using the latest Geophysics technology.

It was a nuisance, I had to dig it all out and it was massive. Made great firewood though.

...and all the shekinah glory stuff, you probably had to wear sunglasses.

Those interested in such things should read the scripture discussing the dedication of Solomon's Temple that stated that the priests opened the Ark. The scripture records that the only thing in the Ark at that time was the stone tablets and not the jar of manna or Aaron's staff.

Hmmmm. We all know how accurate Wikipedia is. And googling anything to do with Doctor Garry Whilhelm Denke, Sr. simply brings up stuff you have posted. So hardly anything independent or contemporary.
But again What did the Stonehenge Hidden Landscapes Project find in relation to this? It was a massive project & provided evidence of many unseen & previously unknown facets of the area.

Quote: Friday, 24 September 2010
It was 95 years ago, this week, that a man walked into a property auction in Salisbury and came out £6,600 poorer and the owner of Stonehenge.

Stonehenge had never been put up for auction before and never would again.

Sir Cecil Chubb, a wealthy Shrewton resident, was the new owner of Stonehenge.

He was also the last man to own it.

Stonehenge had been in private hands since the middle ages and been in the Antrobus family since the early 1800s.

But when the heir to the Antrobus baronetcy was killed in the Great War the estate was put up for sale.

In the hands of Messrs Knight, Franck and Rutley, on the 21st September 1915, the historic site went under the hammer.

And Lot 15: Stonehenge with 30 acres of adjoining down land was sold at the Palace Theatre in Salisbury to the highest bidder.

Sir Cecil Chubb, who'd had no intention of bidding at the sale, bought it 'on a whim' as a gift for his wife who, it's claimed, was none too pleased.

For the price of £6,600, the equivalent of £392,00 in today's money, Sir Cecil Chubb's intention that a "Salisbury man ought to buy it" was realised.

Just 95 years on and, according to a survey of 500 estate agents invited to put a price on national monuments across the UK, Stonehenge is now worth a monumental £51m.

Quote:For Sir Cecil, however, Stonehenge belonged to the nation, and in 1918 after owning it for just three years he formerly handed it over to the country with a number of conditions.

William McCloundy, sold Brooklyn Bridge. Victor Lustig the Eiffel Tower. George C. Parker various New York Monuments. Natwarlal repeated sold the Taj Mahal & the Indian Government building.

Believing you have bought something you have not is far from new.
