Hell just doesn't seem to attract buyers
Hell first went on sale for just under one million dollars, the deal fell thru, its now back on the Market for a mere $900,000 for the 5 acres plus buildings.
Why buy Hell? You'll also receive all its businesses, from Hell's Chapel of Love to Screams Ice Cream to the popular Hell Hole Diner. How can you pass this up?

That's funny awesome but State College has WAY better icecream then Hershey, and there are some local places that I can't disclose that also have killer icecream{One down the street makes Teaberry}. And Im already close to two chocolate factories, Hershey being the meh one.
I could also travel a bit and get married in places like Intercourse, Centralia{so many funny town names}. Its not far to NYC and Philly, and other fun places.
Im also close enough to go to the state park they flooded a town to make, so there are still things underwater, not sure if they moved the gravestones or them and the bodies!
Plus its Michigan, who wants to live in a state shaped like a glove Wink?

Only Michigan can you point to your hands to show where you live. Now you may enjoy intercourse but we can reach a Climax and of course we have yoopers and the town of Christmas.

But we also have Vintage, Pleasant Gap, Urban, Pillow, Apollo, Paradise, Egypt, Athens, Blue Ball, Shimmer, California, Bird in Hand, Rough and Ready, Daisy Town, Dallas, Houston, Mars, Pringle, Paint, Scalp Level, Throop, Shamokin, Hosensack, Nuremburg, Sugarloaf, Jim Thorpe{and his body muhahaha}, Womelsdorf, and more!

And we have the Amish, the Dutch, Tastykake, Cheese Steaks, Birchbeer and Sarsaparilla{not the same as rootbeer}, Yuengling, Justborn{Marshmallow peeps}, Musikfest, Gettysburg, shoofly pie, Scrapple, and we are close enough to visit the shore.

We also have a Climax
Oh and we have Bethlehem, the Christmas city with the Star of Bethlehem. And if you have to make a hand signal to identify your state, clearly people are confused and dont exactly care where your state is Smile.

Pennsyltucky wins!

Now i have to say we have coldwater, nirvana and paradise, a birch run. We have two parts of the state ... and in one of them we have the pasty not to be confused with pasties.

Now as far as pennsyltucky you forgot you have jagoffs, gummy bands, dippy eggs? gi-an iggle and convenience stores that are not much of a convenience if you want to buy liquor. and lets not forget yinzers are nebby.
