how to uncover past lifes?
#1
How do you know what your past life were? I hear people saying they where this person or doing that but how do they know? Is it some kind of meditation or do you gotta get in touch with a psychic?

Lots of past lives come from hypnotists or psychiatrists, but when looked at from a skeptical view they are found to be wrong and just jumbled memories in the mind. An interesting article at past lives when researched

Belief bias occurs when we make illogical conclusions in order to confirm our preexisting beliefs. Belief perseverance refers to our tendency to maintain a belief even after the evidence we used to form the belief is contradicted.

Yes, very interesting how easy it is for humans to believe things they made up. It does not disprove the possibility, but i can see once a 3rd party( hypnotist or psychiatrists) gets involved how things can get distorted if they weren't already. I guess you won't know anything for sure until you drop dead. properly better that way anyway.

Its kind of humorous how many people claim to have been famous in a past life and funnier yet how many claim to have been the same famous person, now how can they explain that? Oh wait lets try an excuse. when a person dies their energy is spread out so many people can claim to be famous.

Certain crystals are associated with the ability to unlock past lives. Case in point, I purchased some amethyst and citrine crystals to promote creativity and kept the crystals beside my bed. They were both duds for the creativity, but I discovered that I was having involuntary memories when I was extremely relaxed. I'd suddenly see myself as someone else in another era. These were very detailed yet fleeting visions. Some had a line of dialogue. If I happened to accidentally handle a stone, then a day later I might have a memory. All told, in the last year I've had about nine memories from three lives. The memories occur while I'm in bed but still awake (yet very relaxed) and tend to occur in clusters of two or three at a time. Maybe I'm nuts and these are just pre-dreams of some kind. They seem more like memories. I've been able to research some minor bits and pieces from one of the lives. Anyway, unbeknownst to me, it turns out that amethyst helps people with past lives. As for creativity...not so much.

This is cool, what about amethyst jewelry though? Would wearing a stone promote even more visions? Thank you for sharing this, I've seen books on working with crystals but I know next to nothing about it.

I stumbled across this at some point because I like to meditate and I like Tibetan singing bowls sounds in the background while I do. The sound helps me balance energy and it sometimes helps me sleep. Anyway the one channel had this on Past Life Meditation.

Ive not tried it myself as I feel if I was meant to know my past lives I would, but its free and maybe worth a shot to you Smile.

Thank you for sharing this. Even if you are not doing mediation the bowls are very relaxing and great.

It's a myth that most people think they were someone famous. Most people who are regressed describe humble lives.

Possibly. I'd opt for crystals and crystal jewelry rather than a faceted gem stone. I'll be honest: Crystal jewelry, for me, has not worked. I had an amethyst crystal pendant 20 years ago--it was a dud. My current amethyst crystal stone looks like a broken chunk of a geode. It's only about 1 inch by 1 inch. It's not a single crystal like you'd wear on a pendant. I think it cost 5 bucks online. Worth it. At the very least, it's pretty.
