Paranoid Vampires

Are you Scottish/Irish or both? Cause you sound like me and my family. Skin cancer especially, for such white, freckled folk. My daughter can't ware perfumes because of headaches. I also think there is something to this global warming thing because I remember 30 yr ago, you could sit out on the porch and get e nice cross breeze. It feels hotter today. You go out in the sun for half hour and you come in feeling drained for 5hours. I also think we aren't supposed to have chemicals in everything. It's not natural. What my Grandmother did for perfume was rub a sprig of mint or rose petal behind the ear. A salt rock for deodorant.

I don't really know much about that. I always just figured I was a conglomeration of things...a mutt. There must be some of that in there somewhere, because I'm one of those white-skinned, red-headed creatures.

Yeah, on that skin cancer bit. I had some patch of something or other removed. I'm told it wasn't the worst type, so I'm glad of that. The dermatologist kept scrutinizing me and removed a couple more patches that didn't turn out to have anything wrong with them, so I finally said no to becoming a patchwork person. Honestly, though, my skin is so pale that the scars don't really show.

I do believe I have been banned from that site. For this question about the person who wrote their bible, for which someone had posted a hymn of worship (I kid you not)...

Ok I just have to ask. Has anyone actually met this guy? From what I understand, there isn't even enough evidence to support a wiki page about Aset Ka.

Have people here actually met this person, and are part of an organization, or has everyone just read the book?

I'm not trying to be rude here. It's a legitimate question.

[/u]From your first post on this thread you said they can ban you. Now with your wonderful bubbly personality were you shocked when they did?

Perhaps: How Win Friends Influence People

Belief bias occurs when we make illogical conclusions in order to confirm our preexisting beliefs. Belief perseverance refers to our tendency to maintain a belief even after the evidence we used to form the belief is contradicted.

Actually, it looks like someone reinstated me. And it turns out that it wasn't actually a requirement to post an introduction. Just some veteran member didn't like me questioning things, so he tried to throw his weight around a little. He's kind of like the vampire equivalent of you. He follows me around the forum and takes pot shots at me. The only difference is that on that forum, I'm the skeptic.

I'd actually be interested in reading the books, but not if I had to pay for them. I can understand it as a system that is utilized in a Chaote sort of way. I just don't get the literalism they're wrapped up in.

They still literally get naked under the full moon though, and howl at wolf come yonder, right? I heard no laws after midnight with that bunch. Whoopie!
