Some please tell me what is going on :\

Hi, I'm going to get straight into it. I'm 21. I have no mental illnesses. I have had many different experiences and have moved houses many times and had it happen in each house, but never this obvious or frequent (Or perhaps I never really noticed it as much before). I will give a few examples:

I'm an identical twin and when my Brother and I were both babies, my Aunty and her friend used to babysit us. One night the light was off and my Aunty thought her friend was sitting on her legs and told her to get off. Her friend said "No I'm not!" and turned the light on and my Aunty had a big scratch up her leg. I have heard from many people that went to that house that had strange things happen. Could be coincidence, but who knows. I do remember being about 3 years old and having a strange, eery feeling in that house and nobody told me that they had strange experiences there until recently.

Another night, not so long ago at about midnight, my Step-mother was talking about how she wished a certain person would die and was being extremely negative which in itself freaked me out, when I noticed a tall, black figure standing behind her which sounded as though it walked away when I acknowledged it (the floors started to creak even though it seemed to hover). On the same night I could hear something that sounded like someone was running around knocking things over in the garage next to my bedroom. I'd never seen anything like that before that night and still haven't seen anything quite like that since. For a while I thought I was hallucinating from lack of sleep, but I have had other strange experiences since then, more frequently than ever.

Last week I was at my Dad's new house awake by myself when I heard a door handle (not a knob) turning. I looked up and thought that someone was trying to get in. I walked over and grabbed the handle as it was still turning, opened the door and looked outside. Nobody was there. Needless to say, this freaked me out a lot, but I tried to remain calm. I heard more noises like the ones in the garage at the old house but on the roof this time as well.

Every time my little brother (18 y.o) comes over to my house, he is very negative and aggressive. When he leaves, weird things start to happen when I'm by myself even during the day like things falling off walls and things moving around. The only reason I'm writing this right now is because he left today after we had a really big fight that turned violent.

Right now I can hear what sounds like rocks hitting the washing machine and other random noises only in that area of the house. I can also see things moving in the dark and sense something is there. I have always been able to sense things and every time I do, random noises come from that direction. I also get ringing in my ears and headaches and a little more cold at times like these (it's summer in Australia). The light bulb always breaks in my room and not in anyone elses room and at the strangest of times. Also, everytime I react to the noises or look over to where they are coming from, the computer goes offline, like something doesn't want me to type this. This is no joke. Some of this is probably coincidence and I'm a bit of a skeptic for the most part, but I'm a little bit freaked out right now.. Could it be attracted to the negative energy that is put out to the universe by people around me? Is it trying to scare me? What could be happening?

Okay, if what you say is happening is, then it sounds a lot like telekinetic energy. It sounds like it is coming from you. When you get riled, it's possible your emotions can trigger energy that can make stuff move. This is what a poltergeist is thought to be. The fact that it follows you from house to house might indicate that it is either attracted to you, or centered in you. You wouldn't know this, necessarily.

I read what you write and see a lot of negative, angry people around you. Job one is to get peace in you life and to stop the fighting and anger. If nothing else, this can attract more of the same if it builds.

If you are sensitive, and it sounds like you might be, you need to be extra careful to keep yourself grounded, and peaceful, or who knows what will get attracted to the energy of your fights and arguments and violence.

You're in control. Stop it, or walk away from it when someone else is acting poorly.

Got to say I think Gizmo got it all nailed in her post so can't add anything else....
You walk in the long grass and wonder why you can not see!!

This obviously won't explain everything but the fact you mentioned Australian summers and the fact inside your house was colder could indicate that the "roof sounds" or even the washing machine noises could be the metals, etc moving around. I know old queenslanders and other houses "on stumps" tend to have a tin roof - or even updated houses move, crack and creak with temperature fluctuations. (I know my parents place constantly "cracking", especially when no one was home or when people were asleep because it was easier to hear.) - Of course, that doesn't make sense of the moving objects, but could possibly provide a partial explanation.

Thank you for your reply. That's a very interesting proposition. I actually didn't know telekenetic energy was possible outside of Stephen King books, but I do know the mind works in mysterious ways and emits frequencies which can change the crystallisation of particles etc. so it doesn't really surprise me. I sometimes get vibrations in my head that feel like my brain has a very small amount of electrical current going through it (no pain). The toy was the only thing that has ever moved that I am 100 percent certain that no one in the house moved. Every other time I've had my suspicions but I could never be 100 percent.

I am quite sure that it is not all centred in me, because it always occurs when I'm relaxing, which is why I think whatever it is may be trying to freak me out and get a reaction of some kind.

Yes, I can admit I am quite sensitive in every way and had a very rough upbringing to say the least, though I do keep the peace 9 times out of ten. The only reason we got violent was because my little brother was physically abusing his pregnant girlfriend, so I had little options. Any other time I walk away and either go meditate (transcendental) for 20 mins, play guitar, (which to me, is a form of meditation in itself), or listen to relaxing music (pink floyd, led zeppelin, tame impala etc.)

Thank you for your reply. I did suspect that it could have been the metal of the washing machine shrkinking/expanding, but it wouldn't explain how loud it is, or how loud the noises in the garage and the roof have gotten before (noises like people throwing stuff around and banging just isn't the same as a tin roof shrinking/expanding). It could quite easily be the case with the washing machine, although I do doubt it.
