Why Hats?
#1
I realize this isn't true in all cases, but often times when people report seeing Shadow People, the report them as wearing large brimmed hats. Why do you think this is?

One theory I had heard was that Shadow People are actually shapeshifters. The human form that they appear to us as isn't their true form so they have to shift, but in doing so they can't get the head quite right so they cover it with a shift into a hat instead. Sounds goofy, but who knows?

What are your theories on the hat phenomena?

I'm not sure why, People tend to call him hatman. I keep seeing one but he doesn't have a hat so I really can't tell why..

I've seen some shadow people but they didn't have any hats or anything. I heard that the ones that appear with either red eyes or a wide brimmed hat are supposedly the most dangerous ones, however I have no proof to back up the claims. The idea that they are shapeshifters and can't get the head right doesn't seem too far fetched of an idea. At this point that sounds like a very plausible explanation (but I am by no means an expert). I hope more people post some comments as this is an interesting topic, and if someone knows anything I would love to know more.

Also, if you're interested, I found a website called http://www.shadowpeople.org.

This is not klobuk- that the soul is composed man and animal, usually a goat, a cow.

To ni klobuk- to je duša, sestavljena človek in žival, najpogosteje koza, krava.

Interesting, I have had encounters with a shadow man who wore sort of like a Bowler hat when I was a child, never thought much of it. However, I never knew several people also remember hat-wearing shadow men Top hat

This is actually a very good question. The hat is so much associated with "shadow people" that the shadow is often called the hat man.

I too am curious to know why hats are so closely associated with this idea.

Are Shadow Creatures Paranormal Entities? Wrote:The term "shadow people" was first used back in 1953 as the title of a radio program at WGN AM in Chicago, Illinois that focused on horror and fantasy tales. It was brought back to life on another radio show called Coast To Coast AM by the former host Art Bell in the 1990s.

One of Bell's guests, Heidi Hollis, claims to have studied these creatures extensively and even offers the theory that some of the shadows are extraterrestrial in nature.

The popular consensus seems to be that these entities are negative.

Excerpt from -- Are Shadow Creatures Paranormal Entities?

There is a poll on that page. According to the poll 85% of the people who have participated claim to have seen a shadow Creature. 31% or respondents said that the shadow creatures were evil 23% said they were not while 44% were not sure
